Eydie R. Glassman, Esq. is a distinguished attorney and business leader who brings a powerful combination of legal expertise, business management experience, and strategic insight to her practice. As the founder of Eydie R. Glassman, Esq. Legal & Consulting Services, LLC, she leads an innovative practice that excels in complex divorce, business and municipal litigation.
With over two decades of experience, Eydie takes a proactive approach to her law practice and actively assists her clients with identifying potential areas of liability, providing training, advising on contract terms, reviewing policies and practices, and offering strategies to anticipate risk and litigation before it starts. When litigation does happen, Eydie vigorously works to minimize adverse consequences for her clients.
Eydie is a member of the federal trial bar for the Northern District of Illinois and she actively represents clients throughout the State of Illinois’ circuit courts and administrative agencies, including the Merit Systems Protection Board, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois Human Rights Commission and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Steven Marderosian brings over two decades of business litigation experience to the firm. He handles divorce, complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage litigation, contract enforcement, real estate and construction matters, and employment cases. His practice balances aggressive advocacy with practical business judgment.
Beyond litigation, Steven advises clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. He also serves as General Counsel for a non-profit cancer treatment foundation.
