Founder and President
Eydie Glassman leads the firm with over 23 years of experience in municipal law, business litigation, and employment matters. She serves as outside counsel to municipalities throughout the Chicago area, handling both litigation defense and prosecution. She also represents businesses and individuals in commercial disputes and regulatory challenges.
In addition to litigation and municipal counsel, Eydie advises organizations on artificial intelligence legal risk, including governance, internal policies, confidentiality/privilege considerations, and defensible adoption of emerging technology—guided by real litigation experience.
Before law, Eydie served in the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations, earning the Air Force Commendation Medal. She then managed regional operations for an international training organization before attending law school.

Steven Marderosian brings over two decades of business litigation experience to the firm. He handles complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage litigation, contract enforcement, real estate and construction matters, and employment cases. His practice balances aggressive advocacy with practical business judgment.
Beyond litigation, Steven advises clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. He also serves as General Counsel for a non-profit cancer treatment foundation.

Jill Antonucci-White brings 30 years of litigation support experience from the City of Chicago Law Department, where she served as Supervising Paralegal in the Federal Civil Rights Litigation Division. She manages case files, coordinates discovery, and supports complex municipal and business litigation matters.
